Brock Rice

Tier One Special Operations veteran and software engineer. Leads engineering.

Brock is a Tier One Special Operations veteran, U.S. Air Force Combat Controller, and Joint Terminal Attack Controller (JTAC) with ten years of service and multiple combat deployments directing close air support and joint fires.

He is both a combat operator and a software engineer. He leads Omnia's technical development — architecting mission software, TAK integrations, unmanned-systems payloads, and human-performance platforms grounded in firsthand operational experience.

Kate Rice

Strategic communications and business-development executive. Leads consulting and client relations.

Kate is a strategic communications and business-development executive with extensive experience in stakeholder engagement, executive relations, and large-scale event production.

She has cultivated corporate, foundation, government, and individual relationships across sectors and leads Omnia's consulting practice — positioning, partnerships, and the convenings that turn capability into commitment. She holds a Master of Professional Studies from George Washington University and bachelor's degrees in Political Science and History from Clarion University.
